Adorable Garfunkel and Oates song “Rainbow Connection”

In this week’s episode of Garfunkel and Oates, Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci introduced their new song, “Rainbow Connection” — a sweetly touching ode to marriage equality and how love comes in every shade of the rainbow.

Garfunkel and Oates centers on the aspirations and misadventures of the female comedy-folk duo Riki Lindhome (Garfunkel) and Kate Micucci (Oates),  whose career choices – singing satirical and sometimes dirty songs – leaves them with little in common with their peers, and no one but each other to turn to for support and understanding.

Seal pup catches a ride on surfer’s board

Baby seal catches a ride on cute surfer’s board

OMG! I want one!!!

Via YouTube:

Mathew Stanley captured this GoPro footage of a baby seal climbing on his board and playing with him and a friend in the water.

“Me and my friend Andrew Flounders were out enjoying some summer waves when this little guy came along and scared the hell out of Andy because we didn’t know what it was! It nudged his foot from underneath,” he explained.

After an hour or so of playing around with the pup, the guys decided to head back to the shore, but the little guy hadn’t finished and tried to follow them up the beach. “When we got home Andy rang the local marine wildlife authority to make them aware of what occurred just in case the seal was unwell… He didn’t seem unwell when he was surfing in like a pro!”

Rare “Zonkey” born in Mexico

A zonkey, the offspring of a cross between a zebra and a donkey, named “Khumba” has been born for the first time in Mexico.

Khumba’s mother, a zebra, lives among exotic animals in the zoo;  his father, an albino dwarfed blue-eyed donkey, lives in a nearby farm.

Could liitle Khumba be any cuter?
