So, I had the TV on in the background during the new Meredith Vieira Show (very likable) and who comes charging out of the audience?

Now, just look at the cover man, Sami Eskelin. Keep looking. Yes, he’s real.
I understand Sami’s now a “2-time” cover man for the Chipps calendar. And why not when you look like that???
I mean, he’s seriously god-like.
If I could go back in time, and if I knew how to patent stuff, I’d have locked in the idea of the hunky-guy calendar.

The Men of Chippendales Celebrate 35th Anniversary with Las Vegas Reunion

Ever wonder what happens when sexy, hunky Chippendales get older?
Now we know – like a fine wine, they just get better and better.
This weekend, the most famous male revue in the world, held a 35th Anniversary celebration at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, which became a reunion of over 100 former and current Chippendales, including three original Chippendales from the Los Angeles Chippendales club from 1979 (Roger Menache, Richard Barash and Dustin Stevens).
Five alumni joined the current cast onstage for the evening’s performance – and it was hard to tell they had ever left the show.
The evening kicked off a year-long celebration of events and projects that will include performances in Europe, Asia, and Australia; as well as a 35-city USA tour (including New York, Chicago, Dallas and San Diego among others) in partnership with LiveNation; and the beginning of production of a Las Vegas based reality show and Alan Ball’s highly anticipated film, “I Am Chippendales,” the true-life, and often scandalous story of how the brand became one of the most famous adult entertainment shows in the world.
I should note that some things DO change through the years at Chippendales. One thing, for instance, is that today men are definitely welcome at any performance. So, whether you want to go along with your best girlfriends for a bachelorette party, divorce party or your own party with your best buds, make your reservations. Chipppendales welcomes all.

It’s National Bow Tie Day!
And when I think of bow ties, you know who crosses my mind 🙂
Chippendales celebrates National Bow Tie Day with instructions on how to put that bow tie on – before you take it off.
The Chippendales issue the ALS challenge to Perez Hilton, Zac Efron and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders
So, the very hot men of Chippendales get very cold and wet as they take part in the ALS Challenge.
Not only do Jaymes Vaughan, Ryan Stuart, Johnny Rivera and Stacey Robinson DO the ice dunk, but Chippendales is also making a generous donation to the ALS Foundation.
Along the way, the Chipps challenge gossip queen Perez Hilton, hunky (and often shirtless) Zac Efron AND the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders.
Let’s see if those folks take up the challenge.

It has been brought to my attention that today is National Underwear Day!
And it just so happens that the Chippendales are shooting their latest calendar this week and sharing pics from “behind the scenes” on their Instagram account.
But for just a second, can we be happy enjoying that which is the fab James Davis?

My husband hard at work
Not only is my husband, Michael Caprio, a top-level publicist with fun clients, but he’s also a fab graphic designer.
One of the annual projects he handles each year comes up when his job as PR guru for the world-famous Chippendales intersects with that of art director for the Chipps annual calendar.
Each calendar is shot a year in advance, so as we await the new 2015 calendar (which was shot last summer), Michael is busy today overseeing the photo shoot of the 2016 calendar.
I know, I know – it’s a tough job. But someone’s got to do it.
Ian Ziering returns to Chippendales

Ian Ziering, Beverly Hills 90210 and Sharknado star, returned to the Chippendales stage in Las Vegas tonight for a special six week engagement as Celebrity Host.
Ziering played host for the men of Chippendales last summer, selling out his multi-week run. He is the first Chipps celeb to be brought back due to popular demand.
And Ian is still looking fierce. Can you believe the married dad of two is 50???
Make sure you catch Ian with the men of Chippendales from now until July20th at the Chippendales Theater at the Rio All-Suites Hotel in Las Vegas.
PLUS – the sequel to pop culture phenom “Sharknado” is set to debut on the SyFy Channel on July 30th.

They’re baaaaack! The pop culture/social media sensation Sharknado returns July 30th with the sequel Sharknado 2: The Second One.
Original stars Tara Reid and the hunky Ian Ziering are back with new cast members and lots of cameos as New York City becomes the next target of the awesomeness that is ‘Sharknado.’
BUT – you don’t have to wait until July 30th to see some action hero-worthy abs from the mighty Ian. He returns to Las Vegas as the Celebrity Guest Host of Chippendales at the Rio All-Suites Hotel from June 12 to July 20th.
Ian is the first celeb to return to the troop due to popular demand after sold out performances last summer with the men of Chippendales.
