Disney’s ABC is taking Jimmy Kimmel’s late night talk show off the air “indefinitely” over his recent comments about Charlie Kirk’s suspected killer.

Charlie Kirk Shooting Suspect Charged With Aggravated Murder + More

Tyler Robinson charged with aggravated murder

Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray announced today that Tyler Robinson has been formally charged in connection to the shooting death of far-right activist Charlie Kirk.

The charges include: felony aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of felony obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child. Kirk Shooting Suspect In Custody, No ‘Trans Ideology’ Found On Ammo

At a press conference this morning, Utah Gov. Spencer Cox (R) announced a suspect in the shooting death of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk has been arrested. He is identified as Utah resident Tyler James Robinson, 22 (mug shot via Utah Department of Safety).
