I love these guys, especially “floppy hair” cellist Stjepan Hauser. Although his slightly more subdued comrade, Luka Sulic, is no slouch either ๐Ÿ™‚

Music Video: 2CELLOS Covers Michael Jackson’s “They Don’t Care About Us”

Those sexy 2CELLOS guys – Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser – drop their new music video today of They Don’t Care About Us by Michael Jackson.

Echoing sci-fi films as The Hunger Games and Divergent, Luka and Stjepan have created a cinematic video filled with destruction, fire, and striking imagery to convey a powerful message: pointless war leads to devastation.

The video opens with Luka and Stjepan dressed as opposing soldiers who not only represent pawns in a chess game, but pawns in war as well. The pieces symbolize individuals who are helpless against government rule and the influential elite.

Music Video: 2CELLOS “Hysteria”

2CELLOS

The latest music video by 2CELLOS (Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser) – “Hysteria” – from their new album Celloverse.  The album debuted at number one on the Billboard Classical chart.

This track is a cover of the alternative rock hit by Muse in 2003.

I love what these guys bring to their music. The new album showcases their unique ability to reinvent current and classic rock/pop songs with a metal-meets-classical style.

And, then, there’s the fact they’re easy on the eyes, too… ๐Ÿ™‚

Definitely run go get their self-produced album over at iTunes or Amazon. It’s brilliant.

New Music: 2Cellos featuring Lang Lang “Live And Let Die”

From the new album by 2Cellos – Celloverse.

The sexy men of 2Cellos welcome guest Lang Lang for their take on the James Bond movie tune, “Live and Let Die.”

I love what these guys do with so many songs we love. And the passion they bring to their play.

I’ve written about them before here and here.
