Trump’s NYC Rally: ‘Puerto Rico Is An Island Of Garbage’
Donald Trump closed his Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday with his usual weaving through his hate list: denouncing his political rivals, attacking immigrants, “the enemy within,” and promising mass deportations. But it was the speakers earlier in the evening who stole the spotlight with vulgar, racist remarks including one, Tony Hinchcliffe, who called Americans “garbage.” Continue reading “Trump’s NYC Rally: ‘Puerto Rico Is An Island Of Garbage’”

Campaign Trail: Beyoncé & Kamala Crush It In Houston, Trump Supporters Wait 3 Hours In The Cold
Beyoncé made her long-awaited appearance on the campaign trail with VP Kamala Harris last night in her hometown of Houston. For even more star power, the mega-Grammy winner was played on by none other than country music legend and introduced by Kelly Rowland. In a personal and pensive speech about the importance of coalescing around Harris – “we need you” – Beyoncé made her pitch to voters “not as a celebrity, not as a politician,” but “as a mother.” Via the Associated Press:
Kamala Harris and Beyoncé ignited a Houston rally with a double-barreled argument against Donald Trump on Friday, with the superstar telling the Democratic nominee’s biggest crowd ever that it was “time to sing a new song” as Harris warned that her GOP opponent was dead set on further eroding women’s rights.
“For all the men and women in this room, and watching around the country, we need you,” Beyoncé said in a rare political appearance.
The megastar’s speech was lofty, joyful and optimistic — a temper to the seriousness of the topic and of the message Harris was there to bring.
It was an excellent speech, especially in its focus and its brevity. Good for her. Here’s hoping her appearance and support moves some voters to the polls. Meanwhile, Donald Trump recorded an episode of the Joe Rogan podcast. Knowing it’s one of the top podcasts in the world, and has a huge young male audience, Trump stayed a while. In fact, he stayed 3 hours. And while he spent most of that meandering through life on mars and discovering that trees need water, he had supporters waiting for him in the cold in Michigan for 8 hours.

LMAO — a very red Trump just played a video for his fans at his rally in Michigan explaining that he's going to be AT LEAST THREE HOURS LATE for his speech tonight (he's already an hour late) pic.twitter.com/DHow2lKPuU

After he arrived at his rally three hours late, it seems he didn’t have much to say, so he again resorted to playing music while just stood onstage listening. Here he is chilling out at the rally to “Ave Maria.”
Watch: Trump is doing it again. Trump stops the rally to listen to Ave Maria. The crowd in Traverse City, MI has been waiting in the cold for 8 hours at this point. CNN Trolls Trump With Clips Of Him Calling Harris “Fascist”
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) both condemned VP Kamala Harris this week for acknowledging (when asked) that Donald Trump is a “fascist.” Name calling? In a presidential election? Oh no! Of course, the Donald has made name-calling his trademark in politics. Over on CNN, Jake Tapper did a bit of trolling while reporting on the story by prefacing some video of Harris calling Trump a fascist. But instead played clips of Trump calling Harris a “fascist” long before Harris acknowledged the former president fits the description. CNN aired a similar montage of Trump slinging the “fascist” term at VP Harris last month when Republicans first began whining about Dems using the word.
Tapper: Let’s show an example of Harris doing exactly what McConnell and Johnson are taking issue with.
Tapper: I’m sorry control room. That was actually Donald Trump calling Kamala Harris a fascist pic.twitter.com/ZWCekwFy1L — Acyn (@Acyn) October 25, 2024
Trump: “I love Hitler!” Harris: “Trump said he loves Hitler.” MAGA and Media: “Harris needs to tone down her rhetoric!”
