Michael is seriously the real deal. He’s handled the PR strategies for Olivia Newton-John, Jon Secada, The Chippendales, Jim Brickman, radio host John Tesh, award winning indie recording artist Matt Zarley, and many authors, musicians and theatrical productions.

If you recently finished creating your album/book/independent movie, and you don’t know how to get the world to notice, Michael has some tips to help you in the right direction.

Prince Harry named “Most Eligible” by Town & Country Magazine

Britain’s Prince Harry has topped Town & Country magazine’s list of 40 most eligible bachelors in the world.

From Town & Country:

Britain’s Prince Harry has topped Town & Country magazine’s list of 40 most eligible bachelors in the world.

“To take the top spot, the dashing 28-year-old beat an eclectic list of exclusive men, including Newark, N.J., Mayor Corey Booker, NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney, as well as scions of international business, world-class athletes, A-listers in entertainment and fellow European royals, including Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden.

Of Harry, the magazine said: “He’s the wild-card royal, the naughty one, the one who goes out with rah women, hangs out with a fast crowd, downs too many drinks, and goes home at the wrong moment. That’s why we all like him best.”

It also called the prince the “least buttoned-up royal.” The list appears in the magazine’s February issue.

President Obama’s common sense measures to reduce gun violence

The Huffington Post reports on President Obama’s newly unveiled gun proposal:

The proposal, which comes at the end of a month-long review process spearheaded by Vice President Joe Biden, is broken down into four key subsections: law enforcement, the availability of dangerous firearms and ammunition, school safety and mental health.

In an effort to touch on all four of those elements, the president recommended requiring criminal background checks for all gun sales; reinstating the assault weapons ban; restoring a 10-round limit on ammunition magazines; eliminating armor-piercing bullets; providing mental health services in schools; allocating funds to hire more police officers; and instituting a federal gun trafficking statute, among other policies. The cost of the package, senior officials estimated, would be roughly $500 million, some of which could come from already budgeted funds.

Because these recommendations require congressional approval, the administration is supplementing its proposal with 23 executive actions that will be taken immediately. Those actions include requiring federal agencies to hand over relevant data for a background check system; providing law enforcement officials, first responders and school officials with better training for active shooting situations; directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence; and many more.
