During a campaign speech in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Donald Trump put his loose grasp on language and logic on display again when he declared people don’t eat bacon anymore because of wind power. This is the guy who mocks President Biden’s speaking ability…
“You take a look at bacon and some of these products, and some people don’t eat bacon anymore.”
“When we get energy down…you know this was caused by their horrible energy. Wind. They want wind all over the place. But when it doesn’t blow we have a little problem.”
Donald’s issue with wind turbines goes back several years when he sued Scotland for placing wind turbines near one of his golf courses because they blocked the view. He lost and had to pay court costs.
