Zac Efron + Netflix’s ‘Down To Earth’ = Furry Goodness

Netflix has a hit on its hands with the new series Down to Earth with a bearded and buff Zac Efron. The travelogue follows Efron as he hip-hops around a pre-COVID-19 world exploring climate-friendly, sustainable living habits. “In this travel show, actor Zac Efron journeys around the world with wellness expert Darin Olien in search of healthy, sustainable ways to live,” Netflix writes of the new show. From eating bread baked in a volcano in Iceland, to experiencing the rarest water in the world, our host shares his furry goodness adventures from around the world and much more. Here’s the trailer. I think you’ll get my drift in just a minute.

Thirsty Thursday: Zac Efron Celebrate’s His Buff Bro’s Birthday

Who knew Zac Efron’s younger brother is just as buff and hot as his he is?

In an Instagram post, The Greatest Showman star celebrated the birthday of his younger bro, Dylan Efron, turning 27 as they caroused under a streaming waterfall.

The gallery of pics was accompanied by the caption, “Happy birthday @dylanefron! Honestly, I never in my wildest dreams, would’ve thought that the little terror, devil, monster that was my little brother would turn into my very best friend.”

“I’m so proud of the man you are today,” continued the elder Efron. “Let’s save the world together – one waterfall at a time. Love ya little brother!”

Unlike his brother, Dylan works behind the scenes as a filmmaker and writer. And he’s also worked on films like A Star Is Born, CHIPS and Unforgettable as an assistant to producer Ravi Mehta.

Zac has acknowledged in the past that Dylan has a more ‘grounded’ perspective on life having not grown up with the pressures of the public spotlight, which is why he checks in with his younger brother when he needs advice.

In a 2017 Q&A with Cosmopolitan, Zac shared, “If I’m dating someone, one of the few people I need to weigh in on the situation is my brother.”

“We live together, and we’re different in a lot of ways, but he’s really grounded,” added the former High School Musical star. “He lived a more normal life than I did growing up, so he’s a great barometer for me. He’ll be like, ‘Are you sure you’re happy? Is this what you really want?’ Having my little brother around is a really great thing.”

Perusing Dylan’s Instagram, it’s clear the outdoor enthusiast has the hottie Efron gene – the eyes, the abs, that square jawline.

Gus Kenworthy’s Death-Defying Search For A Certain Celeb’s Internet Nudes

One thing the interwebs has revealed to us over the years is the almost universal thirst folks can have for discovering celebrity nudes on the internet.

Oh yes, we’re all human when it comes to checking out what our favorite stars’ might have to offer.

And the celebs themselves have the thirst as well.

This weekend woofy out Olympian Gus Kenworthy posted a series of pics to his Instagram showing him deep in thought high above the city of Interlaken, Switzerland.

“Me in the cloud searching for @zacefron’s nudes like…” was the caption accompanied by an inquisitive emoji and a smart phone and cloud.

Yes, kids, the thirst is real.

The post (which was Gus’s 1,000th Instagram post, btw) has garnered almost 80,000 likes in a day.

Besides tons of warnings for Gus to get down from the edge of the railing he was sitting on, most fans pleaded with him to share anything he might find.

“Did you find any? Asking for a friend”

 “When you find them, forward my way – I won’t tell”

As well as the to-be-expected requests for his own nude pics:

“Plot twist – release your own”

 “Are there any of your own up there?”

 “I was just searching for yours…”

Gus has posted high-flying pics before when showing off his travels. You’ve got to love a daredevil:

In addition to the death defying photos, Kenworthy has also shared his obsession over Zac Efron with his social media followers for some time now.

Earlier this year, after reading a news item where a man claimed a prescription drug turned him gay, the freestyle skier tweeted, “*overnights lyrics to @zacefron*.”

And back in June 2017, after reading a report on Efron describing his first time kissing a guy, Gus offered to “volunteer as a tribute.”

Clearly, Gus has great taste when it comes to celeb crushes.

Pop Star Troye Sivan Cried When He Realized How Hot Zac Efron Is

In the June issue of Attitude Magazine, gay pop star Troye Sivan shares how Zac Efron was a part of his journey to self-acceptance. The 23-year-old, who’s new album Bloom is set to drop this summer, says it was a slow evolution to accepting his authentic self. “When I was about five, I remember feeling like I was scared because I knew something was different about me,” says Sivan. That fear surprised young Troye since he grew up in a cool household. “My parents were always really open-minded, I didn’t grow up in a homophobic household at all, but even so, somehow I knew that it was not the norm and I thought that it was not OK,” says the Aussie popster. “Even at a really young age, I don’t know where that influence came from but it was there,” he added. And then came the day that the feelings about being ‘different’ turned sexual as he gazed upon Zac Efron: “I remember I cried when I realized that I thought Zac Efron was really hot. I cried. And felt really sick.” I don’t know about feeling “sick” but I do remember when I realized Zac is hot. I might have cried, too. It was only after confiding in a close friend at the age of 15 that Sivan began to be comfortable with who he is. And in a Google kind of world, Sivan had a galaxy to turn to for help. “I went away and started doing my research, that was when I started to become a lot more comfortable,” he says. “I watched coming out videos on YouTube and heard people speaking about their experiences and realized that I wasn’t a freak.” No, you’re not a freak at all, Troye. Zac Efron Surprises Women’s Gymnastic Team At Rio Olympics

Ok, this is about the cutest thing ever.

With the caption “We just met Zac Efron,” Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez shared the most exuberant news that the team’s all-time fave showed up to celebrate the women’s gymnastic team’s most awesome performances at the Rio Olympics.

It’s become an internet meme that golden girl Simone Biles is over the moon for the hunky movie star, complete with life size cardboard cut out of him in her bedroom closet. So, just imagine this moment 🙂

I’m thrilled for the girls – they deserve every treat available. And I definitely call Zac a tasty “treat.”

Dave Franco Gets Gay Proposal In Bad Neighbors 2

Earlier this month Dave Franco revealed that his character, Peter, in Bad Neighbors 2 is gay, and he was “so excited” to play him.

Yesterday, the movie’s Facebook page shared this honestly very charming scene where Franco’s character gets engaged during a poker game with his buddies.

Via Attitude:

The video starts with Zac Efron, Franco and friends playing a game of poker before Jimmy (Franco’s boyfriend) goes all in.

Peter then asks, “What do you got, a full house?”

Jimmy replies with “Hopefully one day,” before Efron and friends start singing a rendition of I’m Yours by Jason Mraz which just so happens to be the couple’s song.

Jimmy proposes to Franco, saying “The Greeks believed we were each half of a whole. Peter, you are the half that makes me whole.”

“I don’t know what the rules are, I don’t know who is supposed to propose to who,” Jimmy adds.

Peter says yes and the pair hug it out as their friends celebrate.
