Tweet Of The Day: Paul Rudnick On Kellyanne Conway

Comedy writer Paul Rudnick tweets about White House adviser Kellyanne Conway, “Kellyanne told Fox News, ‘I’m not a woman who feels sorry for herself”, while feeling sorry for herself. She added, “I’m also in the Cats movie as Grizabella’s friend who, after she dies, steals her collar and sucks up to Judi Dench. My cat name is Kibbleskeeve.'”

Tweet Of The Day

I remember being close to their age in 1978.

God, the look in the kids’ eyes – the pain and confusion.

I’d be willing to bet a lot of the white kids seen in the beginning of this clip wear MAGA hats today.

Tweet Of The Day

Priceless.

Former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore has announced he will run for the U.S. Senate again in 2020 and his spokesperson, Ted Crockett, chatted with CNN’s Jake Tapper about some of Moore’s controversial positions.

Among those – Moore’s belief that Muslims can’t serve in Congress (they can) because they can’t swear on a bible when being sworn in.

The law is that you can put your hand on anything when being sworn into office – a Christian bible, a Jewish bible, or a Quran (Muslim bible).

Check Crockett’s reaction when he gets schooled by Jake Tapper.

Tweet Of The Day: Mars Is NOT Part Of The Moon

The Twitterverse is scratching its head over a tweet from Donald Trump (I know, not really a rare occasion) in which he says the Moon is part of Mars.
Using this photo because it makes as much sense as Trump saying the Moon is part of Mars

The Twitterverse is scratching its head over a tweet from “Extremely Stable Genius” Donald Trump (I know, not really a rare occasion) in which he says the Moon is part of Mars.

Note: the Moon is definitely NOT a part of Mars.

“For all of the money we are spending, NASA should NOT be talking about going to the Moon – We did that 50 years ago. They should be focused on the much bigger things we are doing, including Mars (of which the Moon is a part), Defense and Science!”

Just a bit of humanity for you…

When tennis player Nicholas Mahut lost in the third round of the French Open last Friday, he became emotional holding back tears.

Then his son, Natanel, ran across the court to console his dad.

“I was really emotional to see him on the court. He comes on a win but also when I lose,” said Mahut, per Business Insider. “I have the comfort of my young boy. A lot of emotions. The tiredness of the match. My body was aching everywhere today. I finally, that match was over, and finally, he comes to comfort me.”
