Out pro wrestler Anthony Bowens and his longtime boyfriend Michael Pavano trolled anti-LGBTQ protesters recently by throwing down a defiant gay kiss. Continue reading “Anthony Bowens Claps Back At Haters With A Kiss”
NBC Olympic host Johnny Weir showed up for the closing ceremonies of the Tokyo Olympic Games in his own inimitable fashion. And when a former Trump lawyer trolled him for not fitting into their vision of “biblical masculinity,” Weir didn’t hesitate to clap back. Oh, the shade of it all.
For years now, many in the LGBTQ community have boycotted Chick-fil-A after reports showed the company’s CEO and executives donated over and over again to anti-LGBTQ groups that work to opposed queer rights.
Now, Burger King is not only showing SUPPORT for the LGBTQ community, but throwing some subtle shade at Chick-fil-A while doing so.
From USA Today:
Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy was identified last week by The Daily Beast as a donor to the National Christian Charitable Foundation, which has a history of funding opposition to The Equality Act.
Burger King, which recently launched the Ch’King sandwich, tweeted Thursday it will donate 40 cents for every chicken sandwich sold in June (Pride month) up to $250,000, or 625,000 sandwiches, to The Human Rights Campaign.
“This is a community we love dearly and have proudly supported over the years, so we couldn’t miss an opportunity to take action and help shine a light on the important conversation happening,” a Burger King spokesperson said in an email statement to USA TODAY.
You’ll note in Burger King’s tweet below the company notes that it would continue its donations “even on Sundays.” Chick-fil-A has a long-standing policy of being closed on Sundays.
In a playful back-and-forth, the Whopper’s Twitter account seems to be a bit jealous of the new chicken sandwich LOL…

When Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) attempted to troll Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Twitter, Omar threw some next level shade Loeffler’s way and kept moving.
Loeffler: “Ilhan, We saw the video of you smiling and laughing while talking about al-Qaeda & 9/11. We know that you funneled MILLIONS of dollars to your new husband’s “consulting” firm. And we know that you’re an unabashed anti-Semite. You should be expelled from Congress.”
Omar: “Sorry Kelly, if you need help writing real clap back, I am here to help. This ain’t it, try harder.”
A gay couple in Chicago went viral with their cheeky video clap back aimed at a thief who stole a Pride flag from their front porch.
Twitter user BowtieinChicago shared the video which mocks the banner bandit with sass galore.
“To the person who stole the Pride flag off our front porch, we’re so sorry a rainbow bruised your fragile ego,” begins the narration. “But, don’t worry – we have next-day Amazon Prime. You can keep taking our flag but you’ll never take our pride!”
During the clip, Pride flags literally run rampant as the boys show off a plethora of newly-acquired rainbows.
The duo warns the pennant pilferer to smile for the security cameras next time as they sign off with, “Love, the big ole homos who live here.”

The Twitterverse loved the cheeky video so much its been viewed over 358,000 times and received over 42K+ Likes.
One of the best responses on Twitter read, “This is Our Culture: clapback with humor, flair, and a generous helping of Petty. Love and power to you!”

The pride flag got stolen from my Uni's pride center last year and they responded with a sign saying "To the person who stole our pride flag: we're still gay. Now we're just gay and angry."

The Twitterverse threw all kinds of shade at out billionaire David Geffen after he sent ‘stay safe’ regards from his $590 million yacht currently parked in the Caribbean.
Wrote Geffen, “Sunset last night…isolated in the Grenadines avoiding the virus. I’m hoping everybody is staying safe.”
Now, it’s very possible Geffen missed the mark by accident. That his post, with the world in the midst of a planetary crisis, went socially tone-deaf in a humble brag kind of way without meaning to.
I mean, we all send out the photo-drone over the yacht to capture our truest sense of concern at sunset, yes?
In fairness, Geffen does a lot of great things with his billions including funding several LGBTQ organizations as well as giving financial support to Los Angeles area health clinics, theaters, museums, and charities for the homeless. Let’s not lose sight of that.
But folks on Twitter, who might be worried about having jobs when the pandemic comes to an end, weren’t having it. There have been over 10,000 responses to his post so far.
p.s. Geffen took his Insta private amid the f*ck ton of shade thrown his way.
This is about as tone deaf as it gets

David Geffen’s thought process: "Hey you know what, millions are losing their jobs, can’t pay their rent and they’re worried about a deadly pandemic, I bet they’d love to know how I’m doing. Fire up the copter so we can take some more pics of my yacht! They’ll love this!!!" 💀 pic.twitter.com/yby7xOjb8C

David Geffen is worth 8 billion dollars! For God's sake help this country get ventilators, our health workers masks and the medical supplies they need! Or no, just stay on your fucking yacht instagramming. This is just shameful and grotesque. https://t.co/iZ0e5VKLDM

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton trolled Donald Trump today tweeting a parody letter of Trump’s now-infamous letter to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Clinton’s tweet featured a fake letter from President Kennedy to former Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev that appeared previously on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’
The parody missive reads, “Don’t be a dick, ok? Get your missiles out of Cuba. Everybody will say ‘Yay! Khrushchev! You’re the best!’ But if you don’t everybody will be like ‘what an asshole’ and call your garbage country ‘The Soviet Bunion.’ You’re really busting my nuts here. Give you a jingle later. Hugs, John Fitzgerald Kennedy.”

|Why is Trump so obsessed with Hillary?|
As I recently reported, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has definitively announced she will not be running for president in 2020.
Donald Trump couldn’t wait to twiddle his little thumbs over the keyboard of his iPhone to troll Clinton, writing, “(Crooked) Hillary Clinton confirms she will not run in 2020, rules out a third bid for White House.” Aw-shucks, does that mean I won’t get to run against her again? She will be sorely missed!”

Hillary Clinton trolled Donald Trump and the Republican Party on his use of the phrase “Stronger Together” at his El Paso, Texas, rally last night.
Trump repeated the phrase during his speech, and the GOP tweeted the phrase out superimposed on an image of the Trumpster.
Hillary was clearly flattered they liked her campaign slogan, so she encouraged them to “copy my plan on health care, a fairer tax system and voting rights.”

On Monday, Donald Trump took to Twitter following a segment on Fox & Friends which reported on the idea of bible study becoming an option for students in Indiana schools.
At the time, the Trumpster wrote, “Numerous states introducing Bible Literacy classes, giving students the option of studying the Bible. Starting to make a turn back? Great!”
But today, Trump’s former pastor at New York City’s Presbyterian Marble Collegiate College, David Lewicki, trolled the prez saying Trump not only didn’t attend bible study himself, but he never entered the church.
As Lewicki writes, “Not one time.”
I was @realDonaldTrump‘s pastor for 5 years @MarbleChurch. I assure you, he had the “option” to come to Bible study. He never “opted” in. Nor did he ever actually enter the church doors. Not one time. https://t.co/hf06e6LyRz
