• NBC News: Middle school students in Texas have accused a teacher of defacing their chalk art of Pride flags by scrawling “heteros rule” over top of it. The school district is apparently dodging the issue by sending out a “vague” email implying there was a dustup (but didn’t explain what happened). • Axios: Oklahoma has secured a $2.6 million refund for a malaria drug purchase once touted by Donald Trump as a treatment for COVID-19. Trump repeatedly promoted hydroxychloroquine last year despite health officials warning that the drug should not be prescribed for treating COVID-19 outside of research or hospital settings due to serious side effects. • Twitter: Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) told a Trump supporter he “led the fight” to overturn the 2020 election (take that Josh Hawley). But as the cultist grows more fervent, Cruz (aware a camera is on him) has to pull away.

Funny: ‘Match Made In Hell’
Ok, this was quite clever. Ryan Reynolds’s new ad for the dating app Match featuring Taylor Swift’s song ‘Love Story.’ Reynolds calls it “a Love Story for the ages. Or at least this age.”
Satan: Two zero two zero? 2020: Please, just call me 2020… So, where are you from? Satan: Hell… 2020: Me too.

| Deadpool (L) and Colossus (R) in “Deadpool 2” |
One of the things I love about Deadpool (and all things related) is that most folks don’t know who in hell this “superhero” is.
But Ryan Reynolds and the team behind the films have created this perfect force you kinda can’t resist.
So irreverent, so sassy. That’s our Deadpool.
And the upcoming sequel features not only a bisexual character, Shatterstar, but a lesbian couple.
X-man Negasonic Teenage Warhead (played by Brianna Hildebrand) introduces us to her girlfriend and fellow mutant Yukio (played by Shioli Kutsuna).
More heroes! More diversity!
Check out the new trailer for Deadpool 2 in theaters today, May 18.
Ryan Reynolds Is The Rainbow Unicorn We’ve Been Waiting For
We always knew Ryan Reynold was the rainbow unicorn we’ve been waiting for all our lives.
And now we have proof.
The Deadpool star recently appeared on the South Korean reality competition King of Mask Singer which challenges contestants wearing silly, absurd costumes (like a rainbow unicorn for example) to try and win the judges votes.
As part of his promo tour for the upcoming Deadpool 2, Reynolds belted out his rendition of “Tomorrow” from the Broadway classic musical Annie while the judges and audience were stupefied over who could possibly be the man-behind-the-mask.

Ryan Reynolds Bares Naked Super Butt In DEADPOOL 2 Teaser
A new teaser for the upcoming Deadpool 2, featuring a little bare butt action from star Ryan Reynolds, scored over 12 million views in one day.
In the clip, Reynolds comes across a mugging and leaps into action as super-anti-hero “Deadpool.” Well, at least he leaps into a telephone booth to change into his trademark red super-suit.
But it’s not as easy as we’ve always been led to believe: even accompanied by that famous Superman movie theme music, Reynolds gets a bit hung up. Along we the way we get some bare backside visuals as he leans against the side of the booth trying to keep his balance.
Alas, timing is everything, and not always in a good way. As the vid plays out, Reynolds talks some smack about Hugh Jackman’s accent (the tease played at this weekend’s showings of Logan), and a few other super-hero references.
Check out the clip below.
Ryan Reynolds Epic Screen Kiss With Conan O’Brien
Ryan Reynolds dropped by CONAN to promote his new project, but he gets a bit cheeky playing a game with the audience asking them to guess the project.
Along the way he throw out a few red herrings like a new like of underwear made of ham; an album of children’s songs about Civil War wounds; and a parenting book titled 10 Easy Steps to Lower Your Child’s Self-Esteem.
In the end, Ryan reveals his new movie, complete with an over the top screen kiss with Conan.
