AMC’s “Mad Men” returns for final season tonight at 10PM

Word is the turn of events from last season lead many cast members to sunny California in the late 1960s, with a change of tone featuring hippies, minidresses, and a psychedelic soundtrack.

The seventh and final season of the award-winning show begins tonight at 10PM EST.

For a bit of fun, fans are posting their own “end of the series” predictions on this Tumblr account.

Jon Hamm & Jimmy Fallon play “Water War”

On a visit to Jimmy Fallon’s show to promote the return of “Mad Men.”

The real fun began when Jimmy challenged Jon to a game of war — but with a twist. At the end of each round, the winner got to douse the loser with a glass of water. The clip is very, very cute, thanks to Jimmy’s incessant giggling and Jon’s good sportsmanship.

One of the more entertaining late night skits I’ve seen in a long time.

Jon Hamm and his old odd jobs – porn industry set decorator

In a recent interview, Jon Hamm admitted to some of the odd jobs he did before becoming the hot Hollywood actor that he is today. One of those jobs? Set designer for the porn industry:

“Essentially, I had to move furniture around sweaty, naked people. It wasn’t a great job but the money was useful. I had to get by – I wanted to be an actor. Let me just stress there was no penetration – it was soft-core porn.”

Other jobs included being a bartender, teacher and writer. For a period of about three years – “bleak period” as he calls it – he considered quitting acting. He was being rejected for the roles he went after and his agent dropped him.

“It was bleak – that was part of a three-year period where I was solely rejected. I had given myself ’til my 30th birthday. I moved out to LA when I was 25 and I figured if I can’t make it in five years of trying, then it’s time to pack up.”

Jon Hamm returns as ‘Don Draper’ in Mad Men on AMC March 25th.
