Special Counsel Files “Slimmed Down” Indictment Against Trump

Special counsel Jack Smith has filed an updated “superceding” indictment in regard to the election interference case against Donald Trump. According to CNN, the new filing “slims down” the allegations against the Donald as a response to the Supreme Courts’ ruling on presidential immunity.
