A new study done at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston says 2-3 cups of coffee a day could keep the erectile dysfunction (ED) doctor away.
Men over the age of 20 who took doses of caffeine equal to 2-3 cups of coffee were less likely to have ED problems than those who did not partake in the stimulant.
Men who were overweight seemed to benefit most. Caffeine acts as a stimulant similar to ED drugs like Cialis or Viagra which kickstart blood flow and cause arteries in the penis to relax.
