ACT ONE: Our story begins when Frank Stallone, that’s the shorter/poorer/less attractive brother to Sly Stallone, decided to attack Parkland high school students David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez.
Why Frank decided to crawl out from under the rock he’s been hiding under for years, who knows? But, whatever….
ACT TWO: Little Stallone even tried to play the Rambo card tweeting “I’ve faced gunfire too, people!”
But one Twitterer, The Hoarse Whisperer, called Stallone out on “facing gunfire” having found the news report that that “incident” was really just a nick on his finger when a gun accidentally went off in a gun store years ago.
Apparently, “L’il Rambo” blocked The Hoarse Whisperer and then took his whole Twitter account private.
Kinda like a bully taking his toys and going home.
ACT THREE: He reappeared this morning with the apology below.
The conviction, even as a mixed verdict, was a shattering defeat for the divisive Mr. Shkreli, who said before the trial that he was “so innocent” that the judge, jury and prosecutors would apologize to him afterward.
Mr. Shkreli was accused of securities and wire fraud related to two hedge funds he ran, MSMB Capital and MSMB Healthcare. Prosecutors charged he then illegally used a pharmaceutical company he founded, Retrophin, to repay the defrauded MSMB investors.
The prosecution brought forth an “avalanche” of evidence, as the prosecutor Jacquelyn Kasulis put it in her rebuttal argument, that included a threatening letter he sent to the wife of a former employee, statements he sent to MSMB investors showing great returns at the same time he had no money in fund accounts, three versions of a backdated agreement to make it look as if MSMB Capital had invested in Retrophin when it had not, as well as claims about assets under management that were wildly out of line with his actual fund size.
“It’s time for Martin Shkreli to be held accountable,” she said.
Shkreli came to the public spotlight after raising the price of a drug called Daraprim from $13.50 to $750 overnight. However, this case had nothing to do with the Daraprim debacle.
Fox News demonstrates exactly why they still have issues in the workplace regarding women.
Check douchey Fox News host Jesse Watters last night questioning the left for not showing women respect, but then immediately making a blowjob joke about Ivanka Trump and her microphone.
Watters: “Yeah, it’s funny the left says they really respect women and then when they get an opportunity to respect a woman like that, they boo and hiss. So I don’t really get what’s going on here, but I really liked how she was speaking into that microphone.”

“Pharma-bro”/douchebag Martin Shkreli made his appearance today in front of the House Oversight Committee hearing regarding his now infamous pricing-gouging activities.
The smarmy one decided to hide behind the Fifth Amendment and not answer a single question, including one about his Wu-Tang Clan record purchase. Most of his appearance was comprised of laughing, yawning and twirling a pencil.
Eventually he was booted from the hearing. Shkreli broke his silence on Twitter by calling the congressmen “Imbeciles” on Twitter.
Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton weighed in via Twitter herself:
Now dubbed “Most Hated Man in America,” Martin Shkreli was arrested today and charged in an illegal stock scheme.
A boyish drug company entrepreneur, who rocketed to infamy by jacking up the price of a life-saving pill from $13.50 to $750, was arrested on securities fraud related to a firm he founded.
Martin Shkreli, 32, ignited a firestorm over drug prices in September and became a symbol of defiant greed. The federal case against him has nothing to do with pharmaceutical costs, however. Prosecutors charged him with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it pay off debts from unrelated business dealings. He was later ousted from the company, where he’d been chief executive officer, and sued by its board.
In the case that closely tracks that suit, federal prosecutors accused Shkreli of engaging in a complicated shell game after his defunct hedge fund, MSMB Capital Management, lost millions. He is alleged to have made secret payoffs and set up sham consulting arrangements.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. I wonder if he’ll look that smug in jail…?
Shkreli’s most recent douchebag move was to acquire the rights to a drug used to treat Chagas disease. Shkreli has announced his plan to get approval for the drug in the United States and sell it for around $60,000 to $100,000 for a course of treatment. In Latin America, where the disease is most prevalent, the drug costs only $50 to $100.
“I would not hesitate to refuse service to an openly gay person or persons. Homosexuality is wrong, period. If you want to argue this fact with me then I will put your vehicle together with all bolts and no nuts and you can see how that works.”
“If you want to come in here with your boyfriend and you want to openly display that, that’s just not going to be tolerated here. We don’t believe that here.”
I assume this guy is either just an ass, or he’s looking for an $842,000 windfall like the pizza joint owners in Indiana?
