Saint Lucia Court Strikes Down Laws Punishing Same-Sex Relations

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has ruled laws that criminalize consensual same-sex sexual relations in  the Caribbean island nation of Saint Lucia  are unconstitutional.
