The Advocate: A federal judge has rejected the Trump administration’s bid to dismiss transgender Air Force troops’ retirement lawsuit.

The plaintiffs – including Master Sgt. Logan Ireland (above) –  are suing after the government unlawfully stripped them of retirement pay and benefits after promising they could leave military service with early retirement.
