Santos Assigned To Small Business & Space/Tech Committees

Truth-challenged Rep. George Santos has been assigned to two House committees – the House Small Business Committee and the Science, Space, and Technology Committee. Politics Insider reports “neither panel is considered a high-profile assignment.” It is rare for a first-term lawmaker to serve on a major committee. Even so, with Santos facing multiple investigations – including a fraud case in Brazil – numerous GOP chairs have apparently made it clear that they don’t want Santos to serve on their committees. GOP Rep.
