LawDork: Anti-gay former Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis lost her appeal on Thursday of a lawsuit she previously lost at trial that was brought by same-sex couples whose constitutional right to marry she violated. • NPR: Two days after putting 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada, Donald Trump said today that he will largely lift them. The reprieve will last until at least April 2 – or…who knows?

UPDATE: Trump put 25% tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico on Tuesday. Markets tanked. And by Thursday, he had decided to broadly lift them.

CTV News: Ontario Premier Doug Ford says that the province will place a 25 percent tariff on the electricity that it provides to 1.5 million homes and businesses in the U.S.  And if Trump continues the attack, “I will up it to 50 percent,” Ford added.Yahoo Finance: The Dow Jones fell another 427 points today amid the Felon-in-Chief’s tariff whiplash. It’s now down over 1,500 points this week.
