Acclaimed out pop vocalist VINCINT drops their euphoric, driving new single “Signal.”
The new track serves as the first official release from their forthcoming album signaling a bold return to the expansive, vulnerable storytelling that has defined VINCINT’s artistry.
Opening with an urgent pulse beat amid power-pop production, and anchored by VINCINT’s powerhouse vocals, the song lives in the tension between noise and intimacy.
Lyrically, “Signal” moves through vulnerability and resolve, framing listening as not a passive, but active choice.
In a press statement, ” VINCINT shares about the new track:
“At a time when it feels like we’re all screaming into the void — searching for understanding, just trying to be heard — communication can feel like it’s at a standstill. ‘Signal’ lives in that space.
“It’s a cry for intimacy to lead the conversation again. A reminder to those closest to us that we are trying — trying to reach them, trying to connect — hoping they’ll meet us in a place where listening is about hearing, not just responding.
“‘Signal’ is about strengthening the frequency between us. About tuning in. About choosing presence over noise. Because when we truly listen, the signal gets stronger for us both.”
VINCINT has appeared on The Today Show, performed at Coachella, Sydney Mardi Gras, and major Pride stages worldwide.
Last year, VINCINT appeared on HBO’s The Sex Lives of College Girls, returned to the Coachella stage, and released the single “I Forgot.”
“Signal” is available now wherever you stream music.
