First individual comp. Day 1✅ WHAT A DAY! There’s loads I could’ve done better (hindsight is a wonderful thing) but I’m honestly over the moon. I haven’t spoken too much about my competition or my injuries on here but basically I ruled myself out of this competition MULTIPLE times! I’ve had wrist impingement for 3 months and for most of that time, I couldn’t even hold a press-up position due to the pain. The wrist pain slowly transferred to golfers elbow which hasn’t been great either. And to top it off, I got a slight tear in my hamstring on Monday. But the last few days my body has felt a bit better and I’ve been able to compete! Huge relief after basically doing nothing for 2 weeks. Super frustrating! But I have had an amazing day. Managing my body whilst working hard and enjoying every second. Inspiring to compete among such great athletes with a great group of friends around me🙏🏾 @theeuropeanchampionships @photography_by_soar
