Some news items I thought worth your time: • Queerty: RuPaul’s Drag Race Pit Crew member Bruno Alcantara (above) is getting his own interview series coming exclusively to streamer WOW Presents Plus this summer, Happy Endings With Bruno. • Netflix: I’ve been watching the Netflix dating show Love On The Spectrum since its debut. The heartfelt docu-series follows adults across the autism spectrum as they navigate dating, often for the first time. The newly-released Season 3 features a queer couple. • them: Montana’s House of Representatives has killed a bill that would have made it a felony for any adult to help transgender children under 16 to gain access to gender-affirming medical care (hormones, puberty blockers, and surgeries) classifying such help as child endangerment. • Boy Culture: Madonna launched her ‘Blonde Ambition’ tour 35 years ago today. #TimeFlies • Erin In The Morning: A federal judge has ruled the Trump administration can’t take school lunch money from hungry kids in Maine over a single trans student playing on a girls’ sports team. • New York Times: Earlier this year, Elon Musk promised he would reduce the federal budget by $1 trillion. Now he says he’ll achieve just 15% of that. Even that figure might be inflated as one of the DOGE’s largest claims involves canceling a contract that did not exist.
