In a newly-discovered radio interview right before the 2022 midterm elections, admitted liar George Santos brags about attending Baruch College on a volleyball scholarship and being part of the “number one” team in the sport.

Note: Santos has since admitted he never even attended Baruch College.

Heres’ the transcript:

Santos: “I actually went to school on a volleyball scholarship. When I was in Baruch, we were the number one volleyball team.

“We went to play against Harvard and Yale and we slayed them. We were champions across the entire Northeast corridor. Every school that came up against us, they were shaking at the time.

“And it’s funny, I was the smallest guy and I’m 6’2. We had on our block alone – they were 6’7″ and 6’8” – these guys weren’t jumping, they were just stretching their arms up. All of us should have been playing basketball but we chose volleyball because it was easier.

“It was a great time. Look, I sacrificed both my knees and got very nice knee replacements from HSS [from] playing volleyball. That’s how serious I took the game.”

Radio host: “And that’s how serious you’re taking politics. Remember the name folks, George Santos.”

JoeMyGod points out that earlier this week it reported that Santos stole his volleyball ‘career’ from a former boss who was a legitimate champion in the sport.

Oh – and Santos also says he was one of the first in New York to get COVID and at one time “battled a brain tumor.”
