New York Times: Donald Trump announced he’d pardoned Tina Peters, a former Colorado county clerk convicted of tampering with voting machines, but Colorado officials dismissed the “pardon” — presidents can only pardon federal crimes and Peters was convicted on state charges.

Axios: Trump advisers are expected to meet with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and the leaders of Germany, France and the U.K. on Monday to try and reach an agreement for peace in Ukraine, The U.S. side thinks all other issues are close to resolution, and that Zelensky may have offered a path forward on territory.
