Today’s Christmas Music entry for The Randy Report is Cher’s new #1 holiday hit “DJ Play a Christmas Song.” From Billboard:
Cher makes a merry move to No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary radio airplay chart with “DJ Play a Christmas Song.”
“DJ Play a Christmas Song” also makes history for Cher, as it’s her first AC No. 1 since “If I Could Turn Back Time,” which led for a week in September 1989. She ends the longest break between No. 1s in the chart’s 62-year history: 34 years and two weeks.
