Matt Rettenmund at Boy Culture is reporting that 80s/90s gay porn star Kevin Williams (real name Ted Currall) died suddenly on Tuesday, September 22. He was 60.

Friends on social media are confirming the sudden death of Ted Currall, better remembered by the gay community at large as porn super bottom Kevin Williams.
According to his friend, Currall died yesterday, September 22, 2026, in San Diego, where he had lived for years. The friend noted someone was with him, they called another person for help, and that third party urged them to call 911. The person who was with Currall apparently did not make that call, and when the third party arrived, Ted had died.
It’s impossible to know — for now — what happened, if he was beyond saving, etc., so let’s reserve judgment. But based on comments from friends of Ted’s, San Diego Fire and SDPD arrived and contact has since been made with the local coroner, which makes this report of his death seem, sadly, true.
