The Daily Beast: GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker says he’s anti-abortion – except when it comes to his own affairs. He reportedly got his girlfriend pregnant in 2009, urged her to get an abortion, reimbursed her for it (she has the receipt), then sent her a ‘get well’ card. Walker denies the allegations.

Washington Blade: A federal judge in Texas ruled the government can’t require employer-sponsored health insurance plans to provide PrEP due to moral issues: “These drugs facilitate or encourage homosexual behavior, which is contrary to [the plaintiff’s] sincere religious beliefs.”

NBC News: The Supreme Court has rejected MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s request to fend off a defamation lawsuit by voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion sued Lindell and MyPillow in February 2021, claiming $1.3 billion in damages and alleging that Lindell purposely pushed the “big lie” that Trump won the 2020 election.
